Whether you're preparing to conceive, navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, or finding your feet in early motherhood, you don't have to do it alone. 

Every stage brings new questions, changing emotions, and different challenges. My role is to provide calm, evidence-informed guidance and practical support so you can feel more confident, more prepared, and deeply cared for.

At Untangled Mama, I offer two pathways of support:

1. Doula Consultations (Online) – one-off 60-minute sessions for planning, guidance, and reassurance.

2. In-Home Postpartum Support (Ballarat area) – nurturing, hands-on care in your own home with flexible packages.

These are 60-minute planning and support sessions designed to give you clarity, confidence, and personalised strategies. Perfect if you’re not local, prefer virtual support, or simply want guidance you can put into practice straight away.

Investment (Consultations): $175/ 60 minutes
