PELVIC HEALTH & REPRODUCTIVE CARE
Supporting Your Pelvic Health & Reproductive Wellbeing
You know your body better than anyone else. If something doesn't feel quite right, you deserve to feel heard.
Whether you're experiencing pelvic discomfort, menstrual concerns, preparing for conception, or looking for specialised pelvic care, every appointment is tailored to your individual story, goals, and stage of life.
Through compassionate, evidence-informed care, my aim is to help you better understand your body, improve comfort, and feel confident in your pelvic health and reproductive wellbeing.
Womb Massage
Who Is It For?
Your abdomen and pelvis undergo constant change throughout your life. Hormonal fluctuations, menstrual cycles, stress, surgery, pregnancy, and the physical demands of everyday life can all influence how your body feels and functions.
Womb Massage is a gentle, specialised treatment that focuses on the abdomen, pelvis, and sacral region. Using a combination of abdominal and bodywork techniques, treatment aims to reduce tension, improve tissue mobility, and support comfort throughout the reproductive and pelvic regions.
You may benefit from Womb Massage if you're experiencing:
- Painful periods
- Heavy or irregular menstrual cycles
- Pelvic discomfort
- Abdominal tension or tightness
- Lower back or sacral discomfort associated with your menstrual cycle
- Ongoing tension through the abdomen or pelvis
- A desire to better understand and support your reproductive wellbeing
Women living with conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, or pelvic adhesions may also choose Womb Massage to help manage associated muscle tension and pelvic discomfort as part of their broader healthcare plan.
How Can It Support You?
Womb Massage aims to support the mobility and comfort of the abdomen and pelvis while encouraging greater awareness of your body throughout your menstrual cycle.
Treatment may help to:
- Reduce abdominal and pelvic tension
- Improve tissue mobility through the abdomen and pelvis
- Ease discomfort associated with your menstrual cycle
- Improve awareness of posture, breathing, and movement
- Promote relaxation and nervous system regulation
- Support comfort during everyday activities
- Encourage time to reconnect with and care for your body
How Does It Work?
Every appointment begins with a comprehensive discussion about your symptoms, menstrual history, health history, and treatment goals.
Treatment is tailored to your individual presentation and may include gentle abdominal massage, sacral bodywork, soft tissue techniques, breathing strategies, and education to support your understanding of your body and symptoms.
Rather than focusing on one structure in isolation, treatment considers how the abdomen, pelvis, lower back, and surrounding tissues work together to support comfortable movement and reproductive wellbeing.
Where appropriate, you'll also receive individualised self-care advice and practical strategies to continue supporting your progress between appointments.
When Should I Book?
Womb Massage can be beneficial at many stages throughout your reproductive years.
Some women choose treatment to support comfort throughout their menstrual cycle, while others seek care for persistent pelvic or abdominal discomfort or as part of a broader plan to support their reproductive health.
Treatment can usually be performed at most stages of your cycle, although many women prefer to avoid the heavier days of menstruation. If you're unsure about the best timing, I'm happy to discuss this with you before your appointment.

Fertility Massage
Who Is It For?
Trying to conceive can be one of the most exciting and, at times, most emotionally challenging chapters in a woman's life. Whether you're preparing to start trying, have been trying for some time, or are undergoing assisted reproductive treatment, your body deserves compassionate care and support.
Fertility Massage is a gentle, specialised treatment designed to support women throughout their fertility journey. Combining abdominal, pelvic, and sacral bodywork with an understanding of the menstrual cycle, treatment aims to reduce physical tension, improve comfort, and create space for you to reconnect with your body during this important time.
You may benefit from Fertility Massage if you are:
- Preparing to start trying to conceive
- Trying to conceive naturally
- Preparing for or undergoing IVF or other assisted reproductive treatments
- Looking to better understand your menstrual cycle and reproductive health
- Seeking gentle bodywork to support your wellbeing throughout your fertility journey
- Wanting dedicated time to care for yourself during what can be an emotionally demanding experience
How Can It Support You?
Fertility Massage aims to support your wellbeing throughout the conception journey by addressing physical tension through the abdomen and pelvis while creating time to slow down, reconnect with your body, and prioritise your own care.
Treatment may help to:
- Reduce abdominal and pelvic tension
- Improve tissue mobility through the abdomen and pelvis
- Promote relaxation
- Support body awareness
- Encourage comfortable movement
- Complement your broader fertility care plan
- Create dedicated time for self-care during your fertility journey
How Does It Work?
Every appointment begins with a discussion of your health history, menstrual cycle, fertility journey, and treatment goals.
Using gentle abdominal, pelvic, and sacral bodywork, treatment is tailored to your individual needs and stage of your cycle. Where appropriate, you'll also receive education, self-care strategies, and practical guidance to support your wellbeing between appointments.
If you're undergoing fertility treatment such as IVF, treatment can be adapted to complement your care and timed appropriately within your treatment cycle.
When Should I Book?
Fertility Massage is most beneficial when timed to complement your menstrual cycle.
Appointments are generally performed during the first half of your cycle, after your period has finished and before ovulation. This allows treatment to support your body while avoiding treatment during the implantation window or early pregnancy.
If you're undergoing IVF or another assisted reproductive treatment, your appointments will be planned around your treatment schedule. If you're unsure about the best timing, I'm happy to discuss this with you before you book.

Internal Pelvic Release
Who Is It For?
There are times when you simply know something doesn't feel quite right.
Perhaps you're living with pelvic pain, discomfort during intimacy, symptoms of prolapse, difficulty using tampons, or persistent tension that no one has been able to fully explain. Or maybe you feel disconnected from your body after pregnancy, birth, surgery, or other life experiences and are looking for a better understanding of what's happening within your pelvis.
Internal Pelvic Release is a specialised approach to pelvic health care designed to support women experiencing pelvic floor tension, discomfort, or ongoing pelvic symptoms. Through education, assessment, and gentle hands-on care, my goal is to help you better understand your body, improve comfort, and reconnect with a part of yourself that is so often misunderstood or overlooked.
You may benefit from Internal Pelvic Release if you're experiencing:
- Pelvic pain
- Pelvic floor tension
- Pain during intimacy
- Pain when inserting tampons or menstrual cups
- Symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse
- Tailbone or deep pelvic discomfort
- Ongoing pelvic symptoms following pregnancy or birth
- A feeling that something doesn't feel quite right, but you haven't been able to find answers
How Can It Support You?
Internal Pelvic Release aims to support comfortable movement, healthy pelvic function, and a greater understanding of your pelvic health.
Care may help to:
- Reduce pelvic floor muscle tension
- Improve awareness of your pelvic floor and surrounding structures
- Improve comfort with everyday movement
- Support comfortable intimacy
- Improve confidence using tampons or menstrual cups where appropriate
- Complement your broader pelvic healthcare plan
- Help you reconnect with your body and better understand your pelvic health
How Does It Work?
Every appointment begins with a comprehensive discussion about your symptoms, health history, and goals. Before any hands-on care takes place, I'll explain the assessment process, answer your questions, and ensure you feel fully informed about your options.
Your care may include external assessment and bodywork, breathing and movement strategies, education about your pelvic anatomy, and, where appropriate and with your ongoing consent, gentle internal techniques to assess and support the deeper muscles and connective tissues of the pelvis.
Internal care is never expected or routine. It is simply one option within a comprehensive assessment and care plan and is performed only when appropriate and with your ongoing consent.
Every appointment is tailored to your individual needs. You'll also receive personalised education, self-care strategies, and practical tools to help you continue your progress between appointments.
When Should I Book?
Internal Pelvic Release may be appropriate if you're experiencing ongoing pelvic symptoms affecting your comfort, mobility, confidence, or quality of life.
It may also support women preparing for birth, recovering after birth, or experiencing pelvic floor tension or dysfunction that hasn't responded to other approaches.
If you're unsure whether Internal Pelvic Release is the right appointment for you, I'm always happy to discuss your symptoms and help you choose the most appropriate care for your needs.
